Generic Dobby Loom interface:

Allows for home-grown Dobby looms (I replaced the electronics on an old Macomber Air Dobby)

Responds to numeric commands to indicate shafts to activiate (e.g. "1,3,6,7\n")

Sends "Advance\n" command back to Quickdraw when ready to advance to next line
